Shared Library

What Is Shared Library?

The Shared Library. is a centralized hub of assessments that have been shared with your workspace or district. Unlike My Library, which houses only your personal and imported content, the Shared Library contains content made available by colleagues, campus leads, or district admins—helping educators discover, adapt, and deliver high-quality assessments collaboratively.

This includes both district/organization-created content and publisher-provided fixed-form exams or assessments, giving you access to vetted, standards-aligned materials from trusted sources.

Why Use the Shared Library?

The Shared Library is your go-to for:

  • Finding assessments created by others in your workspace or district
  • Adapting existing assessments to fit your needs
  • Collaborating across teams, campuses, or departments
  • Promoting consistent assessment practices within a course or grade level

It’s especially helpful when you're building curriculum-aligned assessments without starting from scratch.
